We went in search of the healthiest process currently available. Before we launched our YDOLO Pressing Wild Fish at a low temperature, the fresh meat is steamed very slowly together with the other ingredients in its own juices at a low temperature of max. 78°C, just as if we were cooking at home.

By this way of producing we retain much more taste that is unmatched. From all "blind" tests the chunk was chosen as the first. It is a slightly softer chunk because we can keep more meat juice in the chunk.
