We went in search of the healthiest process currently available. Before we press our YDOLO Chicken at a low temperature, the fresh meat is steamed very slowly together with the other ingredients in its own juices at a low temperature of max 78°C, just like we would cook at home.

By this way of producing we retain much more taste that is unmatched. From all "blind" tests the chunk was chosen as the first. It is a slightly softer chunk because we can keep more meat juice in the chunk.
